FiltraLinX® benchtop manual cassette TFF system adopts a modular design and can be equipped with cassettes of different specifications, to meet filtration area requirements of 0.1-2.5 m2.
This system is designed to be compact and practical, with a small circulation volume, making it suitable for high-concentration applications.
According to the process, a low-shear four-element diaphragm pump is selected as the circulating pump, equipped with a touch-control speed panel. The system allows for adjusting flow rate on the panel to control the tangential flow, and adjusting the pressure at the retentate and permeate ends to achieve the TMP point optimization, thus realizing concentration, diafiltra-tion, desalting, dealcoholization and other operations of bioproducts such as antibodies, vaccines, blood products and gene therapy drugs.
With the characteristics of cost-effectiveness and compliance with relevant regulations, the system is an ideal choice for labo-ratory research, lab-scale and pilot-scale production and GMP production stages of some varieties.
