BioHub® Integrated Diaphragm Gauge Tee serves as a mounting platform for reusable readout pressure gauges or digital recording pressure instruments, achieving high-precision pressure monitoring in single- use systems. This mounting platform also acts as a sterile boundary between the fluid path and the measurement device, using a TC50 diaphragm gasket secured with bioglue to ensure the sterility of the single-use system and eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. When there is no pressure in the system, the pressure gauge or pressure instrument can be removed for offline calibration without compromising system integrity.
BioHub® Integrated Diaphragm Gauge Tee offers various connection options to accommodate different flow path diameters. Hose barb connections support hoses with I.D. of 3/8", 1/2", and 1". The product enables a 1½" clamp connection for installing sanitary pressure gauges or sensors.
