Brief description In biopharmaceutical process, the storage of process liquids, especially bulk drug substances, is crucial. To ensure the sealing integrity between the storage bottle and the cap, and to meet PDA No. 90 requirements, BioLink has launched BioHub® Storage Bottle Tool Kit (including a cap sleeve and a torque wrench). Using the tool kit, tighten the bottle cap to ensure the seal of the storage bottle, maintain the stability of the liquid properties, and avoid the risk of damaging the cap by using the appropriate validated torque. Validation of BioHub® Storage Bottle Tool Kit Seal Integrity Test: Tighten the cap with a preset torque, maintain under 25 kPa pressure for 5 minutes, no leakage produced Torque Test: Use torque twice the recommended value, no damage observed Durability Test: Repeat tightening and loosening 50 times, no visible foreign objects produced
