Rhinogen ^® ADCC Bioassay Cell Stabilizer is a concentrated liquid reagent that can be used to maintain the stability of Rhinogen ^® ADCC Bioassay effector cells. During the cell passaging process, adding this reagent to the cell culture medium at a ratio of 1:2000 can make the cells stable for detection when they are passed to the 31st generation. Without addition, the cells can only be stably detected within 10 generations. The ingredients of this additive are all chemically defined and do not contain proteins, enzymes, hydrolysates or other unknown components.
