Rhinogen ® recombinant anti-human IgG (Fc) nanobody - Fluorescein tag is obtained by recombinant expression, which can specifically recognize 4 types of human IgG and has ultra-high affinity. The Fluorescein tag can be excited by 480nm laser and emit at 510nm. It can be used for flow cytometry analysis (Flow), immunofluorescence (IF), immunocytochemistry (ICC), immunohistochemistry (IHC), etc. In particular, it can be used in conjunction with flow cytometry sorters, ClonePix Systems, and F.sight single cell screening instruments for high-expression IgG clone screening, and a large number of high-expression clones can be obtained in a short time .
