Detailed Introduction

Antigen Name:

Recombinant human FcγRI (His tag).

background:

There are three types of receptors that recognize the Fc portion of IgG, namely Fcγ RI, RII, and RIII, also known as CD64, CD32, and CD16. FcγRI binds IgG with high affinity and plays a role in early immune responses. FcγRII and RIII are low-affinity receptors that recognize IgG aggregated around multivalent antigens in late immune responses. The high-affinity immunoglobulin receptor FcγRI, also known as FCGR1A, FCG1, FCGR1, CD64, and IGFR1, is an integral membrane glycoprotein that binds monomeric IgG-type antibodies with high affinity. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily or FCGR1 family. FCGR1A/CD64 contains three Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. CD64 is constitutively present only on macrophages and monocytes, but treatment of polynuclear leukocytes with cytokines such as IFNγ and G-CSF can induce CD64 expression on these cells.

Sequence source:

Recombinant human FcyRI (Gln 16 - Leu 281) was expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells and was His-tagged.

Molecular Weight:

The molecular weight of SDS-PAGE reduction electrophoresis was 45-60 kDa.
