Detailed Introduction
background:
A crystallizable fragment consisting of the carboxyl-terminal halves of two immunoglobulin heavy chains linked to each other by disulfide bonds. The Fc fragment contains the carboxyl-terminal portions of the heavy chain constant regions that are responsible for the effector functions of immunoglobulins (complement fixation, binding to cell membranes via the Fc receptor, and placental transport). IgG1 Fc has been reported to have a novel role as a potential anti-inflammatory agent for the treatment of human autoimmune diseases.
Overview:
Antigen name: Human IgG1 Fc Protein, Flag Tag;
