Detailed Introduction
background:
CD27, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 7 (TNFRSF7), belongs to the TNF receptor superfamily. CD27/TNFRSF7 is present in most T lymphocytes. CD27/TNFRSF7 is required for the generation and long-term maintenance of T cell immunity. It binds to its ligand CD70 and plays a key role in regulating B cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis. The receptor transduces signals, leading to the activation of NF-κB and MAPK8/JNK. CD27 has been shown to interact with SIVA1, TRAF2, and TRAF3.
Overview:
Antigen name: Human CD27 / TNFRSF7 Protein, His Tag;
Other names: CD27, TNFRSF7, S152, T14, Tp55;
Sequence source: human CD27, His-tagged (CD7-H522b) expressed by human 293 cells (HEK293), with Fc tag;
Molecular Weight: The calculated molecular weight of this protein is 21.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates at 35-47 kDa under reducing conditions (SDS-PAGE).
