Detailed Introduction

background:

Human PVRIG (poliovirus receptor-associated immunoglobulin domain protein), also known as CD112 receptor (CD112R), is a single transmembrane protein of approximately 34 kDa in the poliovirus receptor-like protein (PVR) family . The CD112R gene encodes a putative single transmembrane protein consisting of a single extracellular IgV domain, a transmembrane domain, and a long intracellular domain. Notably, the intracellular domain of phatases . The extracellular domain sequences of human and mouse CD112R share 65.3% similarity. CD112R may function as an inhibitory receptor that inhibits T cell receptor -mediated signals.

Overview:

Antigen name : Human PVRIG Protein, His Tag;

Other names : C7orf15, C7orf15MGC138295, CD112R, MGC104322, MGC138297, MGC2463, PVRIG, CD112 receptor;

Sequence source : human PVRIG, His tag (PVG-H52H4) expressed by human 293 cells (HEK293), with His tag;

Molecular Weight : The calculated molecular weight of this protein is 15.6 kDa . Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates at 20-30 kDa under reducing conditions (SDS-PAGE) .
