Detailed Introduction
background:
Glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR), also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18 (TNFRSF18), activation-induced TNFR family receptor (AITR), CD antigen CD357, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R) superfamily. GITR is a receptor for TNFSF18, and it appears to be involved in the interaction between activated T lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T cell receptor- mediated cell death. GITR also mediates NF-kappa-B activation through the TRAF2/NIK pathway .
Overview:
Antigen name : Human GITR / TNFRSF18 Protein, Fc Tag;
Other names : AITR, GITR, TNFRSF18, CD357;
Sequence source : Human GITR FC TAG (GIR-H5254) expressed by human 293 cells (HEK293) with a His tag;
Molecular Weight : The calculated molecular weight of this protein is 41.0 kDa . Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates at 45-47 kDa under reducing conditions (SDS-PAGE) .
Packaging specifications:
