Detailed Introduction
Antigen Name:
Recombinant monkey Nectin-4 protein (His Tag)/Cynomolgus Nectin-4 Protein, His Tag;
Other Names:
NECTIN4, LNIR, PRR4, PVRL4;
background:
Nectin-4 (gene name PVRL4, poliovirus receptor-like 4) is a 66 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the Ig superfamily protein Nectin family. Nectin is a cell adhesion molecule that plays a key role in various biological processes such as polarity, proliferation, differentiation and migration during the development and adulthood of epithelial cells, endothelial cells, immune cells and neural cells. In breast cancer, ovarian cancer and lung cancer, 50%, 49% and 86% of tumor-associated antigens are Nectin-4, respectively, and most of them are tumors with poor prognosis. Its expression cannot be detected in the corresponding normal tissues.
Sequence source:
Cynomolgus Nectin-4 Protein, His Tag is expressed by Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells; the protein number is XP_005541277.1 (Gly32 - Ser349), with His tag;
Molecular Weight:
The theoretical molecular weight is 35.96 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the molecular weight of SDS-PAGE reduction electrophoresis is 40-45 kDa .
