Recombinant human SIRP ECD protein (His tag) is a fusion protein of recombinant human SIRP ECD (signal-regulatory protein gamma) and His tag. Possible immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor. After binding to CD47, it mediates cell-to-cell adhesion. The binding of CD47 to T cells on antigen-presenting cells leads to enhanced antigen-specific T cell proliferation and co-stimulation of T cell activation.
