Detailed Introduction
background:
Sterility testing is an important step to ensure that medical devices, drugs and other related products are not contaminated by microorganisms during the production process. Its main purpose is to verify the sterility of the product through scientific testing methods, thereby ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the final product.
Overview:
Rhinogen® Fungal DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescent Probe Method) is used in conjunction with the Fungal & Bacterial DNA Extraction and Purification Kit ( Magnetic Bead Method -Manual/Automatic) to qualitatively detect whether there is fungal contamination in cells, cell products, vaccines and other products using fluorescent probe qPCR technology. This kit covers a variety of fungal DNA sequences, with rapid detection, strong specificity, high sensitivity and reliable performance. Verified with reference to the relevant requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia qPCR method detection, the detection limit of this kit is as low as 10-100 CFU/mL.
