Rhinogen ^® RCL Gene Copy Number Detection Kit (RT-PCR Fluorescent Probe Method) is suitable for quantitative detection of replicable lentiviral RCL in cell therapy products and gene therapy products produced by lentiviral vectors, such as cell banks, terminal cells, viral vectors and CAR-T cells that produce viruses. This kit is based on the fluorescent probe method and uses the fluorescent probe RT-PCR method to detect specific sequences on lentiviral vectors. The kit is equipped with RCL quantitative reference products. This kit has rapid detection, strong specificity and reliable performance.

Storage conditions:

The product is transported by dry ice. Please store it at -18℃ or below immediately after receiving it. The validity period is 12 months.

Note: RCL primer-probe mixture (Cat. No.: RA-IP23C) needs to be stored away from light.
