Product Introduction:

Rhinogen ^® rcAAV-5/N Detection Kit (PCR-fluorescent probe method) is suitable for both qPCR detection of rcAAV after cell culture and direct qPCR detection of rcAAV . The reference gene (Reference) and target gene (Target) in the kit are contained in the same quantitative reference product. The kit can simultaneously realize rapid, sensitive and specific quantitative detection of rAAV vector and rcAAV concentration. This kit is suitable for quantitative detection of rcAAV-5/N contamination rate in serotype rAAV-5/N (N is a different capsid serotype). Sample types include but are not limited to the original solution or final product of recombinant adeno-associated virus and cell samples for detecting rcAAV based on cell culture method .

Storage conditions:

The product is transported by dry ice. Please store it at -18℃ or below immediately after receiving it. The validity period is 12 months.

Note: Target primer probe mixture (Cat. No.: RA-IP22C) and Reference primer probe mixture (Cat. No.: RA-IP22D) need to be stored away from light.
