Rhinogen ^® HEK293 residual DNA fragmentation analysis kit uses the principle of Taqman fluorescent probe to quantitatively analyze and detect the size distribution of HEK293 host cell DNA residual fragments in intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products of various biological products and drugs. This kit can quantitatively detect four different lengths of HEK293DNA fragments, which are 92bp, 130bp, 260bp and 428bp respectively. The detection is fast, specific and sensitive, and the minimum detection limit can reach the fg level.
