Product Introduction:

Rhinogen® ^Plasmid DNA Residual Detection Kit (PCR-fluorescent probe method) uses the principle of PCR-fluorescent probe method to quantitatively detect plasmid DNA residues in gene therapy products, such as plasmid DNA related to lentiviral vector preparation in CAR-T cell therapy. The detection is fast, specific, and sensitive, and the minimum detection limit can reach 10 copies/μL. The kit is equipped with a plasmid DNA quantitative reference. This kit is used in conjunction with the host cell residual DNA extraction kit to accurately quantify the trace amount of plasmid DNA remaining in the sample.

The product is transported by dry ice. Please store it at -18℃ or below immediately after receiving it. The validity period is 12 months.
