Rhinogen ^® SV40LTA&E1A Residual DNA Detection Kit (Multiple PCR-Fluorescent Probe Method) uses the principle of multiplex PCR-fluorescent probe method to quantitatively detect the content of SV40LTA and E1A residual DNA in intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products of various biological products and drugs. The detection is fast, specific and sensitive, and the minimum detection limit can reach 10 copies/ μl . The kit is equipped with SV40LTA&E1A quantitative reference. This kit is used in conjunction with the host cell residual DNA extraction kit to accurately quantify the residual SV40LTA and E1A trace DNA in the sample.
