Detailed Introduction
PD-1 (Programmed cell death protein 1) is an immunosuppressive molecule expressed in activated T cells and B cells. The tumor microenvironment induces infiltrating T cells to highly express PD-1 molecules. PD-L1 on tumor cells binds to PD-1 on T cells, inhibiting T cell proliferation and activation, rendering T cells inactive and ultimately inducing immune escape. Anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 biological agents can block the binding of PD-1 to PD-L1.

Features:
The Rhinogen ® PD-1/PD-L1 Blockade Bioassay test is characterized by its easy operation (Figure 2), high accuracy, and high sensitivity, making it suitable as an indicator for production batch release.
1. Clear principle: Based on the mechanism of action (MOA) of biologics that block the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction;
2. Simple operation: The detection process is simple, time-saving, and the detection reagents are easy to use;
3. High specificity: only responds to anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 biological blockers;
4. Stable method: sensitive, accurate and precise, suitable as a production batch release indicator.
