Rhinogen ^® Quick™ Reaction Enhancer is a mild denaturant compatible with MS that helps dissolve and unfold proteins, making them easier to cleave. Its mild properties will not denature or inhibit proteolytic enzymes like conventional denaturants, and is compatible with PNGase F ( Rhinogen ^® Cat. NO: QPF-001) and trypsin ( Rhinogen ^® Cat. NO: QIP-003).

Product Features:

1. Improve the speed of enzymatic hydrolysis so that enzymatic hydrolysis and analysis can be completed within one day;

2. Do not inhibit enzyme activity or cause enzyme denaturation;

3. Compatible with liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectrometry (MS) analysis;

4. Decomposes into non-interfering by-products under acidic conditions and does not inhibit peptide ionization.

Storage conditions:

The product is transported in ice packs. Please place it at -20℃ immediately after receiving it and seal it to prevent moisture.

Quick™ Reaction Enhancer lyophilized powder can be stored at -20℃ for 3 years; after dissolving, it can be stored at -70℃ for 1 month, and at 2~8℃ for 1 week. After dissolving, Quick™ Reaction Enhancer should not be stored at room temperature for a long time, and should avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
