Background:
Tris buffer (50mM Tris-HCl solution, pH= 8.0) is a bacterial endotoxin test auxiliary agent that can replace water for dilution of highly acidic or highly alkaline samples to control the pH of the sample within the range suitable for endotoxin detection (pH 6-8). The endotoxin content of this product is <0.005EU/ml.
